Shipping policy

  • Enough care has been taken to ensure the look/feel and quality of each of our products. However, there can be slightest variations in the color shades of fabrics, dyes, prints or embroideries of the products shown in the images and actual products due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dyeing and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, color and image resolutions etc. The features and specifics of the products like weight, color, handwork details, size, etc are approximate . We assure you regarding the quality of our products. However, as regards to sequence and other beaded embroidery which have a tendency to come off has to be taken care of. For any related queries you may contact the customer care team at with your complaints/ feedback.

Shipping Policy/Charges/Tracking:
  • Shipping shall be possible to more than 16000 destinations in India with PIN codes and logistics coverages. Shipping will be done within 2-3 working days from the date of payment through First Flight Courier and the additional time taken for delivery shall be 5 to 7 days depending upon the destination. For orders where value is below Rs.999/- a shipping charge of Rs.100/- shall be applicable. The same offer will not be true for any other promotional offer or discount coupon. Shipping charges on our products shall be displayed at the time of check out. The shipping charges are volume based and shall differ from product to product. We shall email you the tracking code, along with the website link on which you can monitor and check the status of your order. The tracking code may take up to 24 business hours to get activated on the tracking website.

  • Any delivery of outside in India will be at our descretion with the additional conditions as follows.

  • The actual expenses for the delivery outside India, including the customs clearance expenses, if any, shall be borne by the buyer.

  • The destination shall be within the logistic coverage of DHL.

  • Shipping Destination & Delivery:

  • The buyer should specifically provide complete billing address which means where he shall get the credit card bills and the shipping address which means where the consignment is to be delivered. LINEN AND LINENS PRIVATE LIMITED do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code. We will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, LINEN AND LINENS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not refund, replace or exchange any order.

  • We shall inform you by email in case the delay in shipping is caused due to unavailability of stock and you will be able to choose an alternate product, opt for store credit or receive a refund for that product.

  • In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges. We also don’t offer any Cash on Delivery (COD) shipment of our products.

  • Local Taxes:

  • Buyer needs to bear all local taxes and levies, Octroi, VAT or import duties as per the provisions of the location as applicable by the local government /authorities. We are not responsible for any such payments.
